About UPS Access Points

We’re working with UPS to offer a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. The UPS Access Point service allows you to pick up your order from a nearby location.

  • No more missed deliveries
  • Deliveries kept securely at a convenient location
  • A greener delivery option that produces fewer carbon emissions than home delivery

How does it work?

At the checkout, select the “Local Pickup” option. You will then be able to search by your location and select a nearby Access Point from more than 24,000 nationwide. Once you have selected an Access Point, your order will be shipped to that location.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready to be collected. You will be asked to show a government ID when collecting your order.

The opening hours of the Access Point will be displayed at the time of selection and will also be displayed in your pickup email.

It's also the greener choice

When you choose pickup from an Access Point it's better for the environment! That's because the Access Point service means that UPS can consolidate deliveries. By delivering multiple packages to one place, UPS drivers cover fewer miles than driving from one home to the next. This results in fewer trucks on our roads and no wasted trips for re-deliveries.
